3. Description
The TSG27541 is a highly integrated, precise gas gauge designed for 1 -series Li-Ion andLi-Polymer  battery  packs.  It  also supports parallel cells for enhanced capacity.

The TSG27541  communicates  through  an I2C-compatible  interface  and  is  equippedwith  multiple  features  to  ensure  accurate gas    gauging.    Integrated  internal and external  temperature  sensing  options  are included  for  comprehensive  system  and battery temperature monitoring.

An  interrupt function alerts the system of any   state-of-charge   (SOC),   voltage,   or temperature  anomalies.  Additionally,  the device    is    optimized  for     low -voltage
operation,   allowing   continuous   battery monitoring even under deeply discharged  conditions.  In  low -activity  scenarios,  the device can switch to a low -power coulomb
counting (CC) mode, substantially reducing its operating current.
